She is a results-proven executive with over 20+ years of experience in the investment banking industry, commercial real estate, and mergers and acquisitions. She combines deep industry knowledge with superior research and marketing skills for deal flow, and strategically attracting investors, funds, family offices, private equity firms, and real estate investment trusts.
She attended some of the best schools in Colombia, Oxford-England, and the USA and has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, FL.
She has been an entrepreneur since her early 20s and began her career in the financial industry in the mid-1980s when she was part owner of a Broker Dealer in Boca Raton, FL.
She started several successful companies and sold them, and she has worked in the private equity industry for over 20 years. She realized that there was a great need in the industry to help companies have the proper systems in place to protect the equity investments placed in the companies so she founded Funds For Projects.
Ms. Herrera is motivated in life by her quest for knowledge and prides herself in taking at least one new business or self-improvement class every week and reading a multitude of business and non-fiction books.

He has worked in the financial sector for the past 12 years working with High Net Worth Individuals and Institutions in the industry. He worked in the clean-tech sector of Venture Capital investing alongside large institutions where he developed long-standing relationships with Private Equity firms and Real Estate Funds both in the US and abroad.
He also worked for JP Morgan Chase and Wells Fargo as a financial advisor. He holds a Series 7, series 63, and insurance licenses.
He served in the US Air Force from 2002 until 2013 and attended Adelphi University and Manhattan College attaining a degree in Communications.
CARLOS EDUARDO JIMENEZ
He is an international consultant for energy and mining projects.
He has over 35 years of experience and success as a Colombian Attorney at Law, consulting to Colombian and International clients as a legal counsel, business development and strategist in a variety of mergers and acquisitions of Colombia and international companies.
He played an important role in the introduction and support for the development of the second-largest coal mining project in Colombia which is currently exporting approx. 20 million tons per year and forecasts 40 million tons of exportation for the medium term.
He was the president of Carbones Colombianos del Cerrejon (2003-2006), Coal mining company owned by Enel (Italy). He restructured the company and sold it to a Canadian Group.
He is fluent in Spanish, French and English and has working knowledge in Italian and Portuguese.
